We look for actors that inspire an emotion, a reaction, a presence that is unique, someone intriguing and captivating. Training is definitely a factor when considering a new client. We review resumes and all special skills. We are looking for actors who are focused, professional, reliable, fun to work with and as driven as we are.
Most of our clients are brought to us by agents, or come to us by referral. Some we scouted in showcases, from the stage, on Talent Link and occasionally, actors who have sent their materials directly to us.
Yes. Almost all of the self submissions are reviewed. We try to respond to everyone who reaches out, though sometimes the volume of submissions become overwhelming. Even if we don't have a spot for you on our roster, take heart that it has nothing to do with your talent but is likely due to overlap and/or capacity restrains.
At Henriksen Talent Management, we believe in teamwork and individualized attention for each and every client. By capping the number of actors on our roster, we stay connected and proactive with the entire client list.
We work with both! We are in the business of bringing new and exciting talent to the table, as well as working with established actors. At HTM, we advance careers at every stage of the game.
At this time, we focus all our attention on actors and advancing their careers. We don't represent writers at this time.
